The need was clear: one of our customers was using a diaphragm accumulator unreliable for the specific application, and the requirement was to replace it WITHOUT MODIFYING THE EXISTING INSTALLATION AND SYSTEM.
Solution:
We made a fully customised piston accumulator, designed to solve the problem, fit the existing system and improve its reliability.
The customisation was carried out on our piston accumulator PAB, which is particularly compact also thanks to the use of electron beam technology for welding the caps, and its new version, thanks to the advantages it offers, has now become a real catalogue product.
The accumulatorapiston is customisable in size and oil-side connection, with mass production available for all customers.
