Over the past few days, the Saip management reached a supplementary agreement with the trade union representatives, which resulted in a reduction in weekly working hours of 2 hours for all employees with the same salary, and the granting of leave for medical examinations to be used for oneself or family members.
Shift workers will therefore benefit from working hours of 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., while day workers will benefit from 2 hours early leave on Fridays.
This agreement confirms SAIP’s determination to look at growth and development, also focusing on the well-being and satisfaction of its employees and keeping up with the times.
